Orange & elderflower punch
The distinctive, muscat-like aroma of elderflower works excellently when heated, but is sensitive to heat. In this recipe, the acidity of the citrus balances the sweetness of the elderflower cordial. A light, 'white' punch that offers an alternative to heavier, red wine or tea-based winter drinks.
