- Can I use frozen raspberries?
- Yes, absolutely! Frozen raspberries also function as ice cubes, and as they melt, they continuously flavour the drink.
Raspberry and mint alcohol-free cider mocktail
A cooling drink that looks and tastes like a fancy cocktail, but anyone can drink it. The sweetness of raspberry, the acidity of lime, and the coolness of mint create a perfect balance with the bubbles of the apple cider. Ideal for summer garden parties.

Equipment Needed
- Jug
- Wooden spoon or muddler
Instructions
1
✓
Crush the raspberries with the honey and lime juice at the bottom of the jug.
Tip: Muddling releases the fruit's juice and aromas.
2
✓
Toss in the mint and press gently (do not crush!).
Tip: You only need to 'bruise' the mint to release the essential oils. If you crush it, the chlorophyll will make it bitter.
3
✓
Top up with the cold cider and mineral water. Stir gently.
Tip: Stir carefully so the carbonation doesn't escape.
4
✓
Serve with plenty of ice.
