- Why is it sometimes layered?
- The density (specific gravity) of the liquids differs. Sugary syrups sink, while alcohol floats. If you pour carefully, you can achieve a beautiful gradient.
Sex on the Beach
An icon of the 80s disco era. Although the name is provocative, its success lies in its very accessible flavour profile: the neutrality of the vodka allows the marriage of peach (schnapps) and tart cranberry to shine. Sweet, fruity, and dangerously potent, as the taste of the alcohol remains almost hidden.
