- Why is it hotter the next day?
- Spice aromas dissolve into the fatty medium over time, so the flavours become more intense (maturation).
Spicy Mediterranean kefir drink
Kefir is a 'superfood' in itself, full of beneficial bacteria. However, when spiced, it becomes a complete refresher or dip. The capsaicin in paprika and pepper invigorates circulation, whilst the fat (kefir) helps the absorption of these and vitamins. Simple, quick, and much more exciting than plain yoghurt.
