- Why is the drink fibrous/stringy?
- Certain mango varieties are more fibrous. Cut the flesh less close to the stone, or blend for longer.
Mango & yoghurt smoothie
A sip of the tropics in a glass. Mango, the 'king of fruits', with its natural creamy texture, is the perfect base for this drink. The acidity of the yoghurt highlights the floral sweetness of the mango, making it a wholesome dessert or breakfast without added sugar.

Instructions
1
✓
Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the stone into cubes.
Tip: If using frozen mango, omit the ice cubes, as the fruit itself cools the drink to a thick, slush-like consistency.
2
✓
Place the mango, yoghurt, and milk into the blender. Blend until smooth.
Tip: Always pour the liquid close to the blades (at the bottom) to help catch the solid pieces (Vortex effect).
3
✓
Taste, and if needed, add honey or ice, then blend again.
Tip: Flavours are less intense when cold, so you might need to adjust the sweetness slightly.
