- What makes the chicken breast juicy?
- The secret is even thickness (flattening) and precise cooking time. If you cook it too long, fibres contract and squeeze out moisture.
- I don't have Ranch sauce, what can I substitute it with?
- Mix sour cream with mayonnaise, crushed garlic, a little lemon juice, dill and parsley.

Instructions
Place the chicken breasts between two layers of cling film and beat with a meat mallet until they are evenly about 1.5-2 cm thick.
Mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika, then rub into the meats on all sides.
Heat the oil in the pan over a medium heat. Fry the chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
When the chicken is done, place the cheese on top, remove from the heat, and cover for 2 minutes to allow the cheese to melt in the residual heat.
Toast the buns. Slice the tomato and onion into rings.
Spread Ranch dressing on both the top and bottom of the buns. Lettuce on the bottom, then the cheesy chicken, tomato, onion.
Close the burger and serve with coleslaw.
